What Makes Adventure Farm Grapes Unique
When choosing a vineyard site you want elevation, and relative elevation. The site on Adventure Farm is the highest elevation around with plenty of space for cold air to flow off the hill tops. This placement allows the vines to withstand the cold nights of the early spring. The proximity to the Airport also contributes to the vineyards success. The open space of the Airport as well as the planes create a consistent breeze which helps to dry the fruit after a summer rain shower. The Airport expansions have shaped the Terroir of the site. Leaving sections of undisturbed soil that contains a well drained, fertile soil the vines thrive in.
In 2006, the vineyard was established and today includes the varietals Chardonnay, Viognier, Chambourcin, Petit Verdot, Tannat, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Adventure Farm offers small lot wines of superior quality made with 100% estate grown fruit.

The place itself looks great with good pub area, and a much larger upstairs beer hall. Nice decor at event venues with brick walls, wooden bench seating, and chalkboard beer lists showing off the day's selections.
